(0:21) It’s some dire days we’re livin’ in. The fire, flames, / the tidal waves, / the idle ways of those who hide away… / the silence speaks a lot and so does hollow faith … / the violence in the silence a’ the flock could kill the will to build a haven out the rock… From hill to hill, the criers fade, afraid to say they prose when hope is lost… They flows are frozen in the cold existence of the system’s missin’ heart… There ain’t no vision when the mist eclipses wisdom and it shrouds the past within it, like the sounds from where we found our art… The rhythms that we live in - are from then to now, the tended hours that was just our start… In the distance, we can lift these rhythms ‘til they grip the stars… If we consistent, we can bless the path to reach the crest and free some hearts… We’ve been tested, but we destined for some more a’ that, cuz these fires forge us and our sharper swords can cut exact… So fortify yourself and set your stance… The cords and twines of puppeteers ‘ve led the dance, but we can slash the threads and tread a path surpassin’ where we been… We can craft what we can vision if we driven and our rhythms can connect beyond the limits that we’ve set - for what defines reality. We been quick to flex if we perceive it challenges beliefs we’ve deemed as facts... But even though we deepened in the depths a’ somein’ vast we can lead our breaths astray abrupt and fast… Our minds can suffocate inside a’ idol fads, our time is snuffed away by troubled hands… It’s tough to say this, but just cast a glance upon the many lost along the path… We’ve been brash instead a’ steady, sometimes lackin’ love and actin’ like we’ve mastered somethin’ heavy… But we’ve been trapped as much as any, treading seas without a heading… We’ve been floatin’ on these swells, adrift and lost, livin’ like we dead already… The gifts we got, we’ve plundered many… We consistent in our disregard, just watchin’ all these broken levees. (1:53-2:15) SING SOMETHING I know this world is somethin’ else. My soul needs love that conquers hell. I roam these roads where I do dwell, tryin’ to free myself. (2:15) The rhythm a’ livin’ indifferent is ‘blah’. Givin’ your minutes to benefit only the privileged ain’t a decision to follow along. Look at the world, look at the wrongs. Even if heaven descended upon us, we’d live in the fog... We’ve givin’ up all our rhythm for nothin’ but dividends, rippin’ apart community, grippin’ with claws… We soon to be reapin’ whatever we are… So what are we seekin’? Louis Vuitton? Or somethin’ to build a world upon?.. Where’s the baton been passed and how we passin’ it on?.. We been dreamin’ a demons that hide in the dark, but infinite possibilities, rhythms and visions are ours.. so where’s epiphany’s spark? Symphonies, arts, discoveries spawned, are meant to be riveting, grippin’ the heart… But capitalistic liberty keeps ‘em apart from everything, give it a thought… Some may be schemin’ to rise like a phoenix that flies for a cause. But hold your applause… Cuz seepin’ inside “civility” lives a mirage. But hope isn’t lost… Given the infinite odds, we are magnificent, liftin’ the dawn. Simple ‘n plain, we been livin’ while driftin’ away. Weatherin’ storms while fettered in chains. I ain’t bitter, but sufferin’ isn’t a given, this isn’t a game… Never no way could we ever remain, livin’ like everythings going okay… There’s more evidence every day, that the melody that we raise doesn’t steadily rise above the fray, so we better be ready to change… Our minds been stuck in rhetoric, time to edit our ways… There ain’t no benefit livin’ in vain, Reapin’ whatever the demons ‘ve seeded and keepin’ our heaven at bay… It’s time to vision an infinite aim, find the Limitless Undefinable Eminence, heaven awaits. (3:23-3:45) SING SOMETHING I’ve been tryin’ to find my way find my way, through these signs a’ the times with my fire blazed, with my fire blazed. It’s a climb that defines how I eye my days, how I eye my days. So I rise to the skies and to God I pray, to God I pray. (3:45-4:09) SING SOMETHING ELSE I know this world is somethin’ else. My soul needs love that conquers hell. I roam these roads where I do dwell, tryin’ to free these eyes to see. My mind is open, alive and well, but I’m a ghost within this shell. My time’s engrossed in a motion’s swell, but I’m just floatin’ on the sea.

(0:21) It’s both a blessing and a curse. Testing me to be my best until I rest in peace, but it’s pressin’ deep inside my weaknesses incessantly. It festers in my sleep, keepin’ me from just a wink. But it’s more than what it seems. It gave me what I hadn’t dreamed. Forged me in its fire, ‘til I was ready to be unsheathed, like a sword that rends asunder what I didn’t need. It plundered life it seemed, but it left me standin’ strong, implanted like a tree. I’d been a seed, but I’d been granted what I now understand to be the reason why I’m standin’ high above the canopy and seein’ sights I hadn’t dreamed. I’d been floatin’ on my static and my ease. I’d been motionless, but time and I did not see eye to eye, it kept shovin’ me until like suddenly I said, “Alright, I’ve had enough of these patterns, please. It’s time to stretch myself and see what I can be. I’m tired a’ tryin’ to carve a niche, just so I can stick my head into the sand and sleep.” (1:02) (1:14) So now I’m on cusp of where I’m standing, and I love the view. It’s somethin’ new, outta dust came some structure and I trust what I can do, cuz its not about just me or you, it’s about being true, and leadin’ life along a path of meaning ‘til the final hues fade into whatever may ensue beyond this phase. From the cradle to the grave, we pursue whatever we define to be a reason why, but time is more that but a place to play and feel your pain. I’m tryin’ to peel back the layers, break the chains, ‘til the only thing (that) remains is eternity. These days aren’t a certainty. I’m amazed at what the earth can be. (1:46) (2:07)At times, it hurts to be free, but its worse to be trapped inside a lie, nurtured from its seed. So we’re burstin’ out until in life we’ve found the fountain of its sea. Beyond the boundaries a’ sound we finally breathe, but there’s fallacies surrounding every breath, that’s how it seems. But when the clouds will finally clear, we can see what we could never even dream. We don’t need to crowd around and shout it out until ya hear, cuz this Gift is grounded in the mountains, in the cities, in the mirror. You can find it in a blink or you may need a thousand years, but without an effort you may miss your chance to delve into the mysteries of why we’re here. There’s more to life than tryin’ to find the time to unwind, so listen here. Drop your superficial wishes, cuz we’ve got a world to build, let’s persevere. Birth your effort with exertion. Immerse your essence ‘til the pain a’ growth is ever present, drop your fears. The resonance of what you’ve wanted is what holds you back from seein’ clear. It’s like an echo that just won’t let go, it lives inside your ear, bumpin’ back and forth until you deem it to be true, but its deafening and drowin’ out the blessed tune of reality. This is just an analogy, but like a crescent moon, there’s more to be seen than just the sliver of its sight, cuz its like we’re only in a womb. How are we to see the whole when confided inside the only time we knew? It’s time to finally bloom and rise and reach up to the skies to find the truth. (3:21)

(0:09) I’ve been chasin’ that feelin’, like I’m racin’ ‘til I’ve faced what it’s revealin’. Just a taste of this is healin’, so with haste I rhyme until I find a diamond in the waste. I’m tryin’ to honor what it takes to make these words resonate until they ripple with the tides inside your mental state. Let these lines quake, shake your mind ‘til ya waken to the time. Yeah, the stakes are high. So let’s face the fire ‘til we find our faith revived… We’re seekin’ for the Placeless, embracin’ somethin’ Sacred, emblazonin’ the Name of Glory ‘til ya seein’ all the signs… We need to redefine why we bleedin’, why we strive, cuz the time is nigh, the Gate is open and we’re breathin’ in the rhythm of a New Rise. There’s a vision beyond the blues skies. Ain’t an ‘ism’, it’s a New Gift we’ve been given to renew how we livin’ life. It’s a beautiful time to be alive. Don’t askew what you haven’t ever even mused on or rebuke what you haven’t yet explored true. It’s a New Dawn. (1:11) We’ve been chasin’ that feelin’, and embraced what we’ve found. We’ve been diggin’ in the crates for a taste of this sound. But there’s much more to face than just treble and bass, so we lacin’ these tracks ‘til we elevate the crowd. Let us celebrate our better selves. Tell it straight, and tell it loud, Heaven’s Gate ain’t in the clouds, Hell ain’t underground. It’s way more profound, so don’t dumb it down. The sun has come again, and it astounds. I don’t utter this for any other reason than to speak it out. Let the truth breath and it sets ya free, like right now. This mic style might help you see the season, cuz the Spring has come, the seeds are comin’ back to life. Can you feel the breezes breathin’ like a thief in the night? Givin’ you a reason to awaken, uncover what blankets your mind, ‘til it shines and ignites. It’s time to unblind your eyes and come to the light. (2:13) You’ve been chasin’ this feelin’, but no matter where your heads lays, you’ve been missin’ this unless you seekin’ somethin’ deeper than you crave. So step into your chrysalis and let your past detach until your ready for this new stage. Keep yourself steady, cuz it’s more than but a temporary state. Everything in life might change, but the dawn is on us, so it’s to time to honor why we pray. Actions lead the way, cuz the fact is, that the task is more than but a passive wait. When ya look back after ya pass away, what will you say? I’m not askin’ you to pass on you blame, but I’m askin’ myself and maybe you might be askin’ the same. I’m not dwellin’ on the past, but I’m aimin’ to change. And that’s this feelin’ that I’m chasin’, I’m just facin’ the pain, and tryin’ to understand how to be the person I’m searchin’ to raise.

(0:25) It’s evident, that I’m delvin in’… I revel in the rhythm, and not just for the hell of it. Spittin’ eloquent lyrics from my spirit to your head. If you hear it, then your peerin’ at my soul, it’s folded in… I’m holdin’ motives dear and moldin’ potent flows to make em clear. Bring your ear closer here, I’ll steer your mind, ain’t no risks to fear. Here am I, listen and you’ll find what you’re missin’ in your rhymes. Where’s your vision? It’s imprisoned in sadistic lies… I’m bringing somethin’ different, not a trick a’ mind. I’m gifted, but I’m liftin’ up a mission way beyond the pride ya hide behind. Why ya twistin’ time, tryin’ to fit it in an image that you’ve planted in your damaged mind? I ain’t got patience for the cryptic glyphs ya misdefine. Leave the mystic wisdom to the Resurrected Gift we live to find. I’ll set my neck upon the guillotine before I’ll lie about the Realest Thing. I don’t fear to die. (1:07) Listen close and you can tell The rhythm is the motion where I dwell The prison where you live in is yourself Break the bars and free your soul, then you prevail. (1:28) I define excellin’ in intelligence as spittin’ somethin’ relevant. Curtail your embellishments, they fail to tempt my mind, time and time again. I find my solace in the silence in between the rhymes you’ve said. I’ve cleansed my mind from the grime you spit. Even if you got grit, lit flows and a sick sound, I ain’t gonna stick around if you keepin’ shallow when reality’s profound. You’re like a flicker, I can see your light dyin’ now. I’m seekin’ somethin’ that’ll heat a fire ‘til it reach the clouds. Quiet down. Listen ‘til you’re ready to apply yourself. I’m tired a’ the trite mindless lines you’ve dealt. It’s time to build somethin’ real that’s felt, Rhymes that can heal the hell where our time finds itself. Then I’ll feel the word play your dealin’ out. Once your rhythm is livin’ to give me somethin’ to listen about. Until then, I’ll keep lightin’ these beacons myself. (~2:09) Listen close and you can tell I hold the Most High sacred, take this as you will My motives are devoted, so I know that I’ll prevail I’m floatin’ on the winds a’ change, liftin’ up the veils. (2:31) I’ll prevail no matter the state I’m in. When I get a tailwind, I extend my wings and I ascend. I will never fail, I’m not playin’ just to win. I’d rather hail in a New Day, honor God, and give my gifts to lift the Message. It’s a cleanse. It’s more than but a blend. It’s a lens I’m givin’ you to see the present tense. Drop defense and read the Truth with your inner sense. I’m ridin’ loops and givin’ you these sentences, so that you can be your better self. It’s like a medicine. Take it in and rectify whatever you’ve been hesitant to edit in your life. It’s high time to meditate and elevate until you’ve set it straight again. We’re headed to some ancient gems a’ wisdom, droppin’ on your head, so let ‘em in. Don’t credit me, I’m nothin’ but a hollow reed, liftin’ up a melody until it’s heavenly, a masterpiece that will never see an end. (~3:15) Listen close and you can tell I hold the Most High sacred, take this as you will My motives are devoted, so I know that I’ll prevail I’m floatin’ on the winds a’ change, liftin’ up the veils. Listen close and you can tell The rhythm is the motion where I dwell The prison where you live in is yourself Break the bars and free your soul, then you prevail.

(0:10) We’re emergin’ with some urgency, immersin’ these / verses in the earth like a nurtured seed, / (cuz) burdens be / grippin’ tight / with adversity. It occurs to me / perseverance isn’t all we need, (cuz) tyranny / runs deeper than appearance seems. There indeed / is a vision that we gotta see, / God has taught us how to seek, so we oughta reach ‘til we got the vision pumpin’ through our arteries. / Pardon me / but this is harder than just sayin’ what ought not to be. // We gotta honor what we wanna see. / What’s the life we want for our sons and daughters, how do we define the final scene? If all we’ve sought is greed, / selfish dreams, and some products, Please? When we gonna broaden this philosophy? It’s costin’ us a lot to feed / this exhaustin’ toxic beast. All across the seven seas / cats are fiendin’ for the oddest things. The modern Odyssey is learnin’ how to be a product, / or at the highest peak / how to have the touch of Midas. The rhythm-and-flow inside us / has been given-the-role to silence what’s bestowed upon our soul the brightest. / We’re livin’-a-mold and told to hold the lines that only divide us. Look into my iris, what-do-you-see, I’m hopin’ kindness. I ain’t no Adonis. I’m speakin’-to-teach, honest, and I’m eager-to-learn and earn my honor. (Chorus: 1:14-1:35) “Anguish hath befallen all the peoples of the earth” “When the swords flash, go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!” “Greed hath made captive all mankind” “When the swords flash, go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!” (1:35) Speakin’-a-service, where are we to put our energy to move the furthest? We-can-define-it on our own, but this is not enough alone, of this I’m certain. Deep-in-your-soul I know you know there’s more to life than keepin’-afloat until the final curtain. / The secret-a-life is learnin’ where to reach for infinite-heights and then immersin’. I’m keepin’-it-tight, but here-in-the-rhythm-I-write what I am livin’-to-give-to-the-mic. If you’ve been searchin’ / for the trumpet blast to thunder past, I’ve givin’-a-bright sign that we’re livin’-the-right time. / Heaven-is-quite near. Right here where the rhythm-ignites, you and I can feel the fire crystal clear. / Don’t fear an infinite-night. Live your life to sever-the-binds keepin’-us-blind. You may rhyme better-than-I, but if you ain’t seein’ the-day-and-the-night, then what you write ain’t-nothin’-but syllables. Give-me-the-mic. I’ll rap and pass it on to those who strive. / Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist or Baha’i. / Whatever-you-might believe, even if its nothin’, / we-can-achieve much if we unite / as we’re keepin’-our-hearts pumpin’. We-can-embark on a path to justice, but if we’re keepin’-apart how are we to trust us. / (for one bar have some kind of echoey thing or something) (Chorus: 2:29-2:49) “Coldness has gripped all mankind” “When the swords flash, go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!” “Calamity has reached its height” “When the swords flash, go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!” (2:50) “The lamps of truth and purity, of loyalty and honor, have been put out”. Don’t look now, but the swords are flashin’ and they’re never put down. // “The drunkenness of passion hath perverted most of mankind”. That’s why we’ve been hurtin’, / but as the shafts fly, we can nurture what is right. // “Abasement hath reached its lowest depth”. We can’t let our motives be eroded by those enfolded in the mess. We can hold onto our code of honor as we fast advance upon the tasks at hand. / So when the swords flash and the shafts fly, you don’t need to ask why my feet stand firm and steadfast / when so many step back.// I’m rooted in the Message and I’m tryin’ to etch that / into my rhymin’. Check back / into the Quotes and you will find the Fire Tablet has inspired what I’m writtin’. That’s a fact / but I’m nothin’ next to that. If you find it, step into the vestibule of reverence, now’s your chance. We can set aflame the world, with this resurrected blessed fruit, raise the destitute and help advance the Cause of unity and truth. It’s up to you and me to be the remedy, but we can do it fresh and true. So “When the swords flash, go forward! When the shafts fly, press onward!” repeat

Pen Strikes 03:58
(0:12) Chorus: It's like my pen strikes straight to my soul's sight where I hold tight to the path of my flow's flight... It's like my ink sinks deep into my mind's eye where my rhymes find the rhythm to rise high...// (0:36) M y vision is livin’ inside a’ these lines that I’m spittin’, that’s why I am writing so vivid, despite all these plights from within. I fight with my image to write all these songs beyond any limits. And I ain’t one to give in, Even if I’m stuck in oblivion. <Fast>I’m not givin’ it up, cuz I’m livin in rhythms of love, Tryin’ to elevate, renovate, celebrate in my innovations.</fastest> And I’ll meditate ‘til my mental state can eliminate all the fluff, Then my tongue ‘ll paint likea brush to illuminate like the sun. And my heart ‘ll beat like a drum, ‘til that part a’ me has no blood. It ain’t hard to see that my arteries pump the art in me and I’m far from done. (1:37) Chorus: It's like my pen strikes straight to my soul's sight where I hold tight to the path of my flow's flight... It's like my ink sinks deep into my mind's eye where my rhymes find the rhythm to rise high...// (2:03) So take a step towards the rhythm that we etch Cuz I’m livin’ in it, blessed and within it I will never rest until I manifest more than the best I’ve done before. It ain’t effortless. But the proof is evident in these sentences. I take my pen, point it to the heavens that I have within, cuz there there’s a battle, and that’ll be the weapon that I am. I’m flowin’ eloquent, and I known I’m holdin’ gems, but I want my words to be of benefit, so the messages I spit will forever hit. I’m tryin’ to find my timeless gift and honor it inside these sonic riffs. And this is why I harness rhythms and I’ll never quit. (2:52) Chorus: It's like my pen strikes straight to my soul's sight where I hold tight to the path of my flow's flight... It's like my ink sinks deep into my mind's eye where my rhymes find the rhythm to rise high...//

(0:26) Life’s changin’ fast in these times (where we at)/ but even though we breathe it in, time is a mask./ The tides will react, as they rise and retract, but our minds can, in fact, see more than our eyes ever can.// There’s a sign in the sand,// written by the tyrants a’ man,// but we can be the gust that’ll silence their hands./ We can be the thrust- for knowledge to advance, if we trust in the hallowed rhythms of the truest dance. And if we can’t,/ then our efforts only dust in the wind, without a chance to be the change we need to see the best that we can manifest./ Reach for the Plan! There’s more to this than just our swords and fists; (and) there’s more than just a stance. There’s a fortified immortal cry coursin’ through the sky. There’s an order to the chaos, there’s a torch and there’s a fire. We can find the guidance that’s beyond what I describe./ We can fan the flame, and watch the hues strike the clouds, like a new sunrise./ Ain’t no need for feuds, when the views so wide. It’s a beautiful struggle if pursued with a humble mode of learnin’ in the mind./ But there’s certitude required if the fruits of our labors will produce what we’re aimin’… and we’re aimin’ for the skies./ Yeah, we’re prayin’ for the youth to arise- and unloosen all these binds- that been tied around our time- like a noose that’s crucified- the potential of so many lives./ <1:54> Life’s changin’ fast in these times where we at And no matter how they tryin’, ain’t no way we goin’ back. You and I will see to that- if our words and actions match, and if we’ve learned to listen to the wisdom that’s emerged from out the past./ <2:06-2:18>It’s our turn to learn the facts, cuz if history is twisted, how we learn from that? If it’s crafted as a mask, how we ever gonna see and face the past? It’s our duty to improve, but how without first seein’ truth unencumbered by the fallacies <2:18>, the falsities, the galaxies of lies been weaved- to cover up and silence actual reality. Yeah, the malice runs deep, so deep that it’s hard to even breathe./ And I’m just seein’ surface scars, but there’s more to the heart of this disease. As hard as it is not to scream, I breath it in and try to reason with the beast that feasts on even those I thought awoke to the needs of the season… but nope. Growth eludes most it seems, but I hold to hope/ and seek to find the means to plant a seed to nurture peace and justice deep inside the belly of this beast. So I strive to both learn and teach, as I must if I’m to be who I’m meant to be… a member of humanity. <3:09> Life’s changin’ fast, and our task is to grow. And while fads come and go, there’s a thread everlasting to hold. So let’s craft up a goal to surpass what we’ve known. So, unmask your soul and let your spirit unfold.

Life is Love 03:43
(0:11) Life ain’t a sentence, it’s a mystery. Time ain’t a penance, it’s our history. But to rise we gotta lift ourselves to live free. (0:23- We’ve been lookin’ for the answers, but never advancin’, We’ve been stuck up in our standards, though they nothin’ but phantoms. We’ve become numb to their damage, and we never stand strong. We’ve been buildin’ and pursuin’ illusion And now we’re rooted in the ruins that we’ve risen from ground to stand on. It’s been crumblin’ around us from the day that it begun. Let’s be damn done with these antics, just look around to see what we’ve become… I’m tired of adaptin’ to collective delusions, and it’s effectin’ the movement of what this music could really be, if we could use it to imbue a new energy, and stop abusin’ the time we’re given to live our life with love and music. Life ain’t a sentence, it’s a mystery. Time ain’t a penance, it’s our history. But to rise we gotta lift ourselves to live free. we gotta lift ourselves to live free. X2 (1:24- If we live in the rhythms we’re given, we can find a higher vision within ‘em. Our conditions of livin’ are different, but we all on a mission to love the life that we livin’. But there’s so many misperceptions that’ve arisen of what the root of this really is and what it isn’t. Time and time again we’re told to rise, but the reasons are rarely defined beyond somethin’ selfish, self-seeking or self-gratified. Them’s all lies, there’s more to this than just your own ease. Yeah, there’s life. And there’s more beyond your time. Those ornaments that you may prize fade, so don’t distort ‘em as some sorta saving grace. Rise from these day to day lows and highs, cuz they fade away in time, but what we’ve made ‘ll stay alive. Ain’t no way I’d trade away my soul just to hold onto some lies. But the way the world’s raised, this is just how we’ve been trained to live until we die. Life ain’t a sentence, it’s a mystery. Time ain’t a penance, it’s our history. But to rise we gotta lift ourselves to live free. X2

(0:12-0:26) Where’s the fire inside ya? Why’s it dyin’ while the world’s burnin’ right beside ya? Where’s the fire inside ya? Let it out, let it out (0:26-1:07) Listen to the rhythm, Can you really hear its breath? Come on take a step, cuz there’s depth to discover, as we quest to uncover what’s been etched in the air that we share with one another. Injustices are suffered, while we listenin’ disgusted. Our eyes may get misted, but we quick to return to life- with no adjustments. Concern ain’t really nothin’, unless we’re learnin’ how to turn the tides and never stop our searchin’. But first, we gotta learn to listen to the voices that are crushed within our system. Trust that this is wisdom. It’s a must, there’s no way different. Drop defensiveness and listen, ‘til your vision isn’t drowin’ in your ego’s mental prison. (1:08-1:22) Where’s the fire inside ya? Why’s it dyin’ while the world’s burnin’ right beside ya? Where’s the fire inside ya? Let it out, let it out (1:21) At the crux of this, it’s more than just resistance. It’s not politics, opinions or statistics. It’s our soul that’s been afflicted with vindictive wickedness. The viciousness that we’ve inflicted still remains in us. It’s flowin’ through our veins, it stains our aims and taints our touch. I say this not to place some blame or to say we’re lackin’ love, but a change ain’t gonna come until we see what we’ve become. We can’t just flee the beast that we helped build, then say we’re done. We’ve, at best, been still, when injustice chills our blood. We’ve never done enough to end the hate, the anguish or build trust. How do we attain to somethin’ different if we’ve never striven to adjust? And its more than just a tweak we need, a form, or somethin’ we discuss. We’ve torn asunder nothin’ more than just a layer of the dust. Ain’t no way we gonna blaze a path to somethin’ just, if we’re rooted in the pain and chains from where we’ve come up. It’s not just feuds between some ‘them and us’. The abusive roots run deeper than excuses or some pretense. There’s just been so much. (2:31) Where’s the fire inside ya? Why’s it dyin’ while the world’s burnin’ right beside ya? Where’s the fire inside ya? Let it out, let it out (2:43) There ain’t no mountain we can’t climb, though time is testin’ us. If we’re only flounderin’, astounded by the depth of what’s in front of us, we’re bound to do again what we have done throughout our many times around the sun. This ain’t a new sound that we’ve found, it’s been around since just about day one. But the force of hate don’t wane away as we just wait in vain for someone else to do the labor, and there’s much. If we concentratin’ only on what’s fleeting, like some money or some lust, or some leisure or some stuff, how we ever gonna find the force to finally reach our final push. A tidal wave’s in front of us, and we’re just standin’ stuck. Some are frantic, some are tryin’ to cause some panic, while some others gettin’ ready for some ruckus with their blinders up. Rhymers, time to rid ourselves of fluff. Let your spit uplift these rhythms hidden underneath the crust. There ain’t no riddle to this, use your voice instead a’ sleepin’ through the floods. This is love. (3:53) Where’s the fire inside ya? Why’s it dyin’ while the world’s burnin’ right beside ya? Where’s the fire inside ya? Let it out, let it out (4:07) Listen to the rhythm, Can you really hear its breath? Come on take a step, cuz there’s depth to discover, as we quest to uncover what’s been etched in the air that we share with one another. But where’s the fire inside ya? Where’s the fire inside ya? Let it out, let it out

(VERSE 1--- 0:21) Once up a time, she had risen like a phoenix set to flight, with a vision and a dream up in her sights. But then life spit it’s venom and she plummeted to earth and cursed her plight. She summoned up her might, but once the dust and dross of life had weighed her wings down, she couldn’t quite muster up the strength to reach again to them envisioned heights. Deep within, she knew she had in her to ascend, but the pressures had attached their tentacles around her inner gems. Dimmed of light, she settled in to what’s pretend, to fill her mind with somethin’ more than just a void; it left her with an empty grin. To fill the space of what coulda been, she let her sins be the motive for the road ahead. Soon she forgot that she could hold the skies inside in her eyes and comprehend more than just the static and the antics of the famous and the make pretend. Life became a sequence of just shallow ends, but she felt that was what had mattered, so why battle with the trend. Time was but a tattered fabric, but she saw no other tapestries that had a mend. So with apathy she wrapped herself in her crafted mask, and that was that… the end.(1:15) <CHANGE-UP> As tragic as it sounds, this patterns just a standard, it’s just average in the here and the now. Collect your tears and hear the drowin’ spirits unaware of what’s profound. We ain’t near to breakin’ through to soar anew, but we can start here on the ground. <VERSE 2--- 1:33> She heard the sound inside her soul, an echo that had rippled through her whole. It felt so simple, but it hinted at a depth beyond what she had known. She had dreamt of it, but never thought about it more than but a moment, but that was then and this now… it felt like home. But what it was, was what she knew she had to know. Ain’t no platitudes could uproot the seeds that she had sown. A change of attitude alone was not enough to plant ‘em so they’d grow. The system in its whole was sadistic, so how was she to keep afloat, when the structures and the order of the globe were controlled by the forces of corruption, greed, prejudice and biased egos. Woah. There was more to this than just sorta reordering some patterns of her own. She was sure she had to throw herself into the storms, but it couldn’t be alone. None of us could stand without the serried lines to hold us strong. So she reached out to find whoever else was trying hard to build somethin’ rooted in unity, justice and the truth we’ve needed all along. And she found that she was not alone.

Come Alive 03:32
(0:30) It ain’t that simple, cuz to change is to rip away what’s engrained. It can cripple you in different ways. But the truth ain’t fickle, it remains the same...// Your choices ripple through the pixels on your frame, but the picture that you paint, ain’t equipped to come alive and face the pain.. So you plot a path / or ya sought escape, but at last you will find, your just runnin’ in circles in one place…// You ain’t comin’ with purpose, your soul’s chained to the surface where illusion is sown, nurtured and raised… You alone choose to smother or foster the flame that’ll burn away the veils that shroud and cover the Aim. In the past, /we have failed and our brothers and sisters have suffered in vain. There’s been enough devastation, let’s sever these chains./ Whatever it takes, let’s build ‘til heaven is evident, clear as the day. Hold them dear in remembrance, those who weathered the tempest to rip some fetters away. (1:33) But it ain’t that simple, cuz we’ve more than kinda sorta settled with the idle evil of societal aims. It’s like we’re fortified inside a barricade, keepin’ us divided from our purpose and a broader vision for what God ordains. Ain’t no solace if we’re only seekin’ to return from whence we came, where the ties that bound were fitted tight to choke so many lives away. It’s time to plot a brighter day. We gotta a lot a’ modest efforts, but we needin’ strength if we wanna step up to build without the bias and the hate. I ain’t tryin’ to block the pointin’ fingers, but I’m tryin’ to move beyond just blame. I’m tryin’ to find the way to build up a new frame on a foundation that won’t rot away. It’s about the whole system that has gotta change. Even when I’m feelin’ weak, I gotta honor truth and guard the flame. Cuz there’s been a lot a’ time to learn, but the path is not ablaze. And its time to finally change. (2:36) Cuz it ain’t that simple, and we gotta lotta obstacles that stop our optics from seein’ what is possible. We gotta foster what’ll blossom; this we’ve sought to know, but we’ve adopted nothin’ different, just more rocky roads… If we livin’ to uplift a system rooted in the truth, then why we fallin’ flat into indifference? Where’s our movements fruits? What we doin’ if we ain’t uprootin’ what we used to view as fixed. If we refuse to move, there ain’t no time or place where it’ll fit.
